What will be covered
Magrath Sheldrick will take us through technical immigration including visa routes with work permissions, sponsor managements systems and compliance. BDO will look at technical tax including tax equalisation, minimising costs and double tax treaties, using case studies to bring the learning to life. AIRINC take us on a GM Deep dive studying the evolution of global mobility, compensation and allowance approaches before rounding off with the latest developments and trends. Employment Law is often overlooked but a very important part of Global Mobility, Magrath Sheldrick tell us why and how to establish the employer and employment law. We also look at severance considerations and apply all of this to some case studies.
