Additional Membership Bolt On

I view the Global Heads Network as an essential rather than a nice-to-have part of my EA membership. I benefit immensely from the opportunity to collaborate with peers inside and outside my industry as we look beyond the horizon. On top of the deep collective experience, there is real a sense of community within the network

This network comes into its own when managing world events and addressing many of the complexities in the mobility space which are time critical. The Expat Academy continuously evolves and as a Global Head member I consider this knowledge sharing and learning forum essential in the fast-paced global mobility industry

The Vanguard sessions are such a vital resource for me as a Global Mobility Manager. They help me understand that I am not alone in the day to day challenges of my role. I am able to speak openly with my peer group on the current challenges we are all experiencing in the GM world and help enable each other to find solutions which best fit the companies we work for. It is great to work with like minded leaders in this space to find best practice in what is a fast paced and challenging world.

Vanguards has provided me access to some amazing professionals across so many different industries. People who are open and happy to share advice and experience, and even guidance. I have found the network to be engaging and a group that is inspiring and motivational to do better
